In my current role as a UX Runway Lead, one of my designers spearheaded projects that significantly contributed to the company's bottom line. Through strategic initiatives like social proofing and Session AI, we anticipate a substantial 70 million in incremental sales by 2025. He achieved these high marks through his excellent design skills and improvements as a designer.
Leading into Recognition
Building on my experience at IGT, my team and I were instrumental in developing award-winning casino software, such as the IGT Resort Wallet and IGT Pay, recognized as "Product Innovation of the Year" at the 2021 Global Gaming Awards and securing "Technology Provider of the Year" at the International Gaming Awards. I directly contributed to the design, information architecture, and user experience of these cutting-edge solutions, solidifying our reputation as industry leaders.
I also worked on the team at Zappos that worked on an award-winning Taxonomy / Navigation structure.
Even when there are no awards to be won, I still strive to lead my team into a better, easier experience.
Leading by Example
Additionally, during my tenure at UFC as a UX Manager, I successfully led a cross-functional team in the relaunch of UFC Fight Pass with its most successful launch ever - establishing it as the industry leader in streaming platforms.
During this time, I also was in the trenches - running 100% of the usability testing on a shoestring budget.
My track record showcases my prowess in managing diverse teams and driving innovation that translates into tangible business success.
